📝 How to Use:

Mix 1 cup Adai Mix with enough water to form a thick batter.

Rest for 15–30 mins, add eno if ur making instant (or ferment overnight for softer texture).

Add chopped onion, curry leaves, green chili, and grated veggies (optional).

Pour on a hot tawa and cook like a dosa. Serve with chutney or podi.
