Just mix with cooked rice and a dash of oil or ghee – no preservatives, no artificial flavorings, only homemade love in every spoon!

Ingredients: Tamarind, coriander seeds, dry red chillies, urad dal (black gram split), chana dal (Bengal gram), mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida (hing), sesame seeds, jaggery, rock salt, cold-pressed sesame oil (used in roasting).

How to Use

  1. Cook 1 cup of rice and allow it to cool slightly.

  2. Add 1.5–2 tablespoons of Puliyogare Masala and mix well.

  3. Optionally temper with mustard seeds, curry leaves, peanuts, or cashews in ghee or oil and mix into the rice for added crunch and richness.
